Chocolate Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients
500gms choc brownie/mudcake mix
2 eggs
125mls water
100gms chopped walnuts
1 C choc chips (milk or dark)

1 C choc chips (milk or dark)
1. Beat brownie mix, eggs and water together on slow speed for 1-2 mins.
2. Blend in half of the chocolate chips and walnuts.
3. Spread into a silicone paper lined tray.
4. Sprinkle on the rest of the walnuts and choc chips
5. Bake in a moderate oven for 20-25 mins, until firm.
Oven temp Gas or Electric 190°C Fan-forced 170°C
