Dear Anne,   I don't know how to express my thanks!.  After the bread making hands-on lesson, I tried everything you taught me.

My whole family really loved it! They (my kids) found their mum becomes an excellent cook.  Even when my son eat the scrolls, his teacher can't believe this is homemade ones!   Thank you for correcting some mistakes I made before.  I'm very confident now.  Now I fall in love with baking.   Thank you again for your efforts!    May God Bless you   Love from Rebecca.
