Weirdest Fruit Cake In the World

Soak 1kg of Mixed fruit overnight in
600mls of Big M Flavoured Milk (Coffee or Choc)!!!!!!

Add 2 Cups of Self-Raising Flour and mix well
Pour into a greased and paper-lined cake tin.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 & 1/2 hours.

Most Dangerous Cake in the World.

Mix 4 Tabs S.R. Flour with 3 Tabs Caster Sugar and 1 & 1/2 Tabs Dutch Cocoa.
Blend in 1 egg, 3 Tabs milk, 3 Tabs Cream or melted butter or oil and a little
vanilla essence, whisk well.
Pour into 2 tall cone shaped, ungreased coffee cups.  Microwave on medium-high
(1000W) for about 3 mins, more for lower power microwaves.
Cake will rise well above the rim of the cups.
When cake is firm, cool for 1 min, tip out onto a plate and eat with cream or ice cream.
